Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
ConductLoop is built local-first. Your notes, projects, and knowledge live on your own computer — not on our servers. This policy explains what the ConductLoop iOS app and this website do and don't collect.
The ConductLoop iOS app
- No account, no sign-up. The app works by pairing with the ConductLoop desktop app on your own computer.
- No data collection. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. The app has no analytics or third-party tracking SDKs.
- Your content stays on your computer. When paired, the app connects directly to your computer over your local network (or a relay you control) to display your data. Your notes and files are not uploaded to ConductLoop.
- Credentials on device. The pairing token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device; connection preferences are stored locally. Removing the pairing (Settings → Unpair) deletes them.
- Demo mode uses fictional sample data bundled in the app — no network and no real data involved.
In Apple's App Store privacy terms, the ConductLoop app is classified as “Data Not Collected.”
This website (conductloop.com)
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4) only after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. You can decline. IP anonymization is enabled.
- Waitlist / contact. If you submit your email to the waitlist or contact us, we use it only to reach you about ConductLoop. We never sell it.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share personal data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the website (e.g., analytics, when consented).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you've given us (e.g., a waitlist email) by contacting us. For the app, you control all data directly on your own devices.
Children
ConductLoop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
